Terms of Service

By accessing or using OneSound ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

OneSound is a raid train coordination platform for Twitch DJs and event organizers. The Service allows users to create events, manage lineups, coordinate raids, and access a private green room for event coordination.

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. OneSound reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users

OneSound integrates with Twitch to provide raid coordination features. By connecting your Twitch account, you authorize OneSound to perform actions on your behalf including initiating Twitch raids. You may revoke this permission at any time from your account settings. OneSound is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc.

OneSound offers paid features including a Pro subscription and One Night Pass. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Pro Subscription: Billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

One Night Pass: A one-time payment that unlocks Pro features for a single event. This is a non-refundable purchase. Once the pass has been applied to an event, no refund will be issued.

No Refunds: All sales are final. OneSound does not offer refunds on any purchases except where required by applicable law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OneSound and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. By uploading content, you grant OneSound a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OneSound does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneSound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

OneSound reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

OneSound reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
